YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote digital transformation and a digital and lean way of working in the CAMO team
• Promote IT security and report to the future NP information security
• Manage digitalization and software implementation projects ensuring coverage of all business needs, under training, integration and administration
• Act as a SPOC for DHA CAMO staff, local IT and DHL Group Aviation IT to ensure the continuous improvement and integration of oue digital infrastructure
• Ensure effective administration and maintenance of the CAMO software applications
• Monitor the CAMO applicants, identifying and resolving any issues or disruption promptly to downtimes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document business requirements incl. functionality and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Lead and participate in the development and implementation of system upgrades
• Provide end-user support on CAMO applications, ensure understanding of challenges and help troubleshooting user issues and ensuring efficient utilization of the system
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers as needed
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CAMO applications

• Project Management for digitalisation projects
• System administration of AMOS incl. TRAX to AMOS transition (MIS)
• System administration and application support for all other CAMO applicants
