Responsibilities:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote digital transformation and a digital and lean way of working in the CAMO team
- Promote IT security and report to the future NP information security
- Manage digitalization and software implementation projects ensuring coverage of all business needs, under training, integration and administration
- Act as a SPOC for DHA CAMO staff, local IT and DHL Group Aviation IT to ensure the continuous improvement and integration of oue digital infrastructure
- Ensure effective administration and maintenance of the CAMO software applications
- Monitor the CAMO applicants, identifying and resolving any issues or disruption promptly to downtimes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document business requirements incl. functionality and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Lead and participate in the development and implementation of system upgrades
- Provide end-user support on CAMO applications, ensure understanding of challenges and help troubleshooting user issues and ensuring efficient utilization of the system
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers as needed
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CAMO applications
YOUR TASKS:
- Promotion of digital transformation in the team
- SPOC for CAMO software applications and Global Aviation IT
- Project Management for digitalisation projects
- System administration of AMOS incl. TRAX to AMOS transition (MIS)
- System administration and application support for all other CAMO applicants
