- Experience using SAP is advantageous

Responsibilities:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has recently graduated and has a little experience in a similar role but is looking to expand their knowledge and skillset! Working under the Campaign Manager, this role will be responsible for providing admin, finance and reporting support across all film and TV campaigns and projects.
With varied and diverse campaigns, your day to day could include the following outside of supporting the implementation of each campaign:
- Support the Campaign Team to deliver against the lifecycle planning process through Paid Media, Activations, Trade Marketing and Promotions
- Provide administrative support to the wider team including creating and distributing of key reports, campaign budget, presentations and team finance requirements and courier requests;
- Manage all ordering, packing and distribution of merchandise items from Studio partners
- Assist the Campaign Team in developing a detailed Post Analysis report on specific releases post the Theatrical launch and update post the Physical/Digital campaign with key learnings
- Support in managing and maintaining key Studio relationships including delivery of reports and requests, and forward planning
- Identify new marketing opportunities and trends that enhance the effectiveness of campaigns
- Deliver key information and asset requirements for our key exhibitor, retail, promotional and media partners;
