Anglicare Seniors Living is on a mission to revolutionise the experience of ageing in Australia. About the Role:
The Campaign & Events Specialist is to develop and execute dynamic campaigns and events, to drive leads, brand growth and engagement.
Other key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns for Seniors Living across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
- Contribute to the development of brand assets to support the brand, marketing campaigns and events ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for campaigns and events, and manage resources effectively to ensure successful execution within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Lead the conceptualisation of event ideas and themes that align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences.
About You:
For this role, we are seeking creative and highly organised candidates with the following attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, event management, or related roles, with a proven track record of successful project execution.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and demonstrated skills for delivering premium experiences through innovative campaigns and events.
