We’re growing fast and looking to expand our team with a skilled Campaign Manager who can drive impactful online campaigns to fuel our growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management, ideally within a SaaS or product-led growth environment.

SKILLS:

  • Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
  • Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As the Campaign Manager at Dash0, you will play a critical role in shaping our online presence and driving the
success of our product-led growth strategy. You’ll own the end-to-end process of creating, managing, and optimizing digital campaigns that attract new users and convert them into loyal, paying customers. This role requires a strategic thinker who is both creative and analytical, with hands-on experience in digital marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Campaign Strategy and Planning
  • Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (Google Search, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) aimed at driving user sign-ups and conversions.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align campaign strategies with product-led growth goals and brand messaging.
  • Campaign Management
  • Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from planning and execution to tracking and reporting, ensuring alignment with KPIs and growth objectives.
  • Work closely with external agencies to manage ad creation, bidding, targeting, and budget allocation across platforms.
  • Landing Page Optimization
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling landing pages that effectively drive conversions.
  • Test and optimize landing pages using A/B testing, user feedback, and data analysis to improve conversion rates.
  • Analytics and Reporting
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, CPL, etc.), drawing insights to inform future campaign strategies.
  • Provide regular performance reports and recommendations for optimizations, sharing insights with the wider team and stakeholders.
  • Budget Management
  • Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve growth targets.
  • Monitor spending across channels to ensure efficient use of resources while meeting performance goals.
