Description:

Patriksson Talent is looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to join our team, working with our portfolio of international Talents in the successful execution of campaigns for brands within the beauty, fashion and lifestyle niche. In the role of Campaign Manager, you will work in close liaison with both our Talents and the brands they collaborate with in order to secure first class implementation and management of the partnerships and campaigns. You are a strong project manager and you will provide structure for both the internal as well as the external work with our Talents. You work in close dialogue with a Talent Manager to optimize and ensure that each assignment and campaign is carried out with high and consistent quality and you will continuously update sales reports and monitor trends to develop the business area together with Talent Managers.
Furthermore, you have a keen interest in the industry and are always on the look-out for new Talents, emerging trends and opportunities.
This is a permanent position based in Stockholm.

QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL SKILLS

  • Relevant postgraduate or professional degree.
  • Specific Talent representation experience is a bonus.
  • Excellent coordination, project management and administrative skills.
  • A true team player with strong ability to also work independently.
  • Proven track record of working with multiple projects at the same time.
  • Ambitious, proactive and service-oriented approach.
  • Strong interest in the Creative industries and digital and social media trends.Fluent in English & Swedish, both written and oral.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for securing the implementation of signed campaign deals for our Talents.
  • Responsible for structuring, developing and optimizing the business together with Talent Manager and the management team.
  • Time planning and scheduling of campaigns for Talents including coordination of all parts of each collaboration for Talents.
  • Ongoing monitoring and final reporting to clients after completed campaigns including data analysis.
  • Assist Talent Manager with quotations and budget work.
  • Create necessary routines, templates and internal/external presentations for meetings.
  • Responsible for invoicing of the campaigns.
  • Ongoing close dialogues with Talents for strategic advice and development.
  • Provide Patriksson Talent’s own digital channels with updated material and content.
  • Serve as an exceptional ambassador for Patriksson Talent and network with key stakeholders in the industry.
  • External monitoring of talents, collaborations and campaigns.
