Working in the Growth Marketing team you’ll own and develop global marketing campaigns that are designed to generate qualified leads and move them through the funnel, working in a peer group of smart, ambitious marketing professionals.
You’ll plan and execute marketing campaigns whilst working with multiple stakeholders from across the organization. To be successful in this position, you should have solid experience with sales and marketing automation tools and be able to execute in multiple channels while maintaining high quality standards. You will utilize data to inform your decisions with a good understanding of segmentation, personalisation, nurture programs and A/B testing.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5 years of experience. Preferably in B2B/SaaS business.
  • Communication skills and project management skills are essential.
  • Must have a strong demand generation mindset to create campaigns accordingly.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, Wordpress, Google Analytics, Eloqua, and Salesforce preferred.
  • Fluency in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop global marketing campaigns from scratch. You need to have strong communication skills and be confident in fast-paced environments.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, paid media, organic and more.
  • Craft landing pages and other appropriate assets to help achieve marketing goals.
  • Project manage global marketing campaigns from start to finish.
  • Manage & collaborate on the creation of webinars.
  • Clearly identifying the target audiences, goals of campaigns and the steps to execute on them and report on them.
  • Report on campaign and channel performance metrics
