REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in campaign management or digital marketing
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics
  • Experience in managing email marketing campaigns and familiarity with CAN-SPAM regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising
  • Create and implement campaign strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign messages align with overall marketing objectives
  • Monitor campaign performance and analytics to optimize results and ROI
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in campaign management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
  • Prepare campaign reports and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders
