REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree or above is preferred, with a preference for majors in communications, advertising, news media, or related fields.
• Clear logical thinking with the ability to plan and execute activities independently.
• Creative and innovative with a passion for new trends, familiar with various popular social community apps like Redbook
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, outgoing personality
• Ability to handle community issues and disputes.
• Responsible, execution-oriented, and able to work closely with the team to achieve goals.

  1.负责晒晒圈社区用户分级运营，提高拉新促活、重大节点活动相关数据等关键指标
  2.达人管理，内外部挖掘增加达人数，跟进、协调达人及相关事宜
  3.达人专属活动策划及执行，促进达人内容生成，整理、优化达人内容
  4.整理达人产品需求，跟进产品迭代
  任职要求：
  1.本科或以上学历。广告、新闻传媒类专业优先。有相关用户运营经验优先。
  2.逻辑清晰，有活动策划、独立执行活动的能力。

4.This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.

• Manage the community in Dealmoon Moments, improve key performance. indicators such as new user/KOL acquisition, activity promotion, and major event-related data analysis.
• Manage and recruit influencers, both internally and externally, follow up and coordinate with influencers on related matters.
• Plan and execute exclusive events for influencers, promote influencer-generated content, and organize and optimize influencer content.
• Organize influencer product requirements and follow up on product iterations.
