Description:

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a friendly and organized Campground Host/Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will be our guests’ first point of contact, ensuring a warm welcome and a positive camping experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, computer skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a relaxed environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in hospitality or RV Parks is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Excellent public speaking skills to communicate effectively with guests, staff and management.
  • A friendly demeanour with a positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
    Contract length: 7 - 8 months
    Pay: $17.50-$21.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

  • Answer calls, reserve sites, and provide information.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Daily deposits.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the washrooms, laundry, RV Sites.
  • Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
