Description:
Patrols campus and performs various activities within campus safety and security to assist in maintaining a safe campus environment
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Obtain and maintain CPR/AED and First Aid certification
- Obtain and maintain Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB), Oleoresin Capsicum Aerosol (OCAT) (or equivalent), and Monadnock Expandable Baton certifications
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to read, write and comprehend English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Willingness to be subject to a comprehensive background investigation

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Law enforcement, military and/or security experience
- Emergency management experience and/or understanding of National Incident Management System (NIMS)/Incident Command System (ICS) operations
- Experience with and/or understanding of Title IX, Clery Act, and privacy regulations
- Experience in conducting criminal or personnel policy investigations and investigative report writing
- Experience with Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Records Management Systems (RMS) systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
