SUMMARY

A typical day? There is no such thing for the staff on Bronco Off-Roadeo. The person in this versatile role loves a good adventure and is ready to take on the various tasks each new day brings. That could be working the mercantile store at one moment, then assisting with driver registration, shuttle transfers, or trail drives the next. And there may be some general maintenance to take care of in between. You will make our Bronco owners always feel welcome and excited. And you will make our Off-Roadeo team always feel confident, knowing they can count on your diverse skillset and flexibility to accomplish any challenges that come your way. Sound like you?
Schedule:
Friday and Saturday 2:00pm - 10:00pm

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Trail Guide position, preferred
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to respond to direction and critiques from supervisors
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be hospitality driven and customer-focused
  • Must be self-motivated, and committed to accuracy and timeliness
  • Proficient with various PC software applications including MS Office products and Google Docs
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Exercises good judgement and proactively solves problem
  • Presents a positive work attitude and professional image

Responsibilities:

  • Operate a shuttle on campus, as needed
  • Assist the Guest Services Supervisor during the check-in process
  • Oversee Off-Rodeo merch and assist guests in the store
  • Help to maintain the cleanliness of the campus
  • Assist Trail Guides on the Off-Road drive
  • Support Car Prep department with shuttling vehicles, refuel, clean, and stage Broncos
  • Other duties as assigned
