Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring candidate experience post offer acceptance in multiple systems and with collaboration with internal colleagues.
- Monitor and control compliance requirements and completion based on country requirements (Background, Drug Screen, I-9, etc.)
- Communication with stakeholders and candidates to keep them informed on necessary progress, updates, and completion prior to start date of the candidate.Performs administration across the recruiting process, including candidate communication and status updates, booking interviews, creating offers, preboarding and requisition governance and management. May perform administrative support in associated HR systems and platforms that are related to the hiring process.
