QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

• Third level qualification in a relevant disciple or relevant combination of education or experience.
• 4+ years related work experience

WHAT TYPE OF WORK WILL YOU BE DOING? WHAT ASSIGNMENTS, REQUIREMENTS, OR SKILLS WILL YOU BE PERFORMING ON A REGULAR BASIS?

You need to be a leader to ensure compliance to all Regulations and Legislation applicable to Manufacturing.
Your goal is to develop, identify, analyse, manage and communicate quality & compliance metrics
You will be an excellent communicator, as the role will often require you to work with many departments and external entities to accomplish goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead strategic quality initiatives in the areas of Quality & Compliance and other specific areas.
• Play a key role in the Plant Compliance to ensure all new equipment/processes and any new infrastructure meets cGMP standards and regulatory compliance.
• Key role in implementation and management of the audit readiness in Manufacturing
• Acts as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) for the CAPA system, involved in process community and site meetings.

This role reports to Christina McGoldrick our Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager
You will join Christina’s team of 10 that includes Quality Manufacturing Supervisor, Quality Engineer, Quality Systems Team along with the Quality Coordinator Team. Christina’s leadership style focuses on career development, collabration, morale, and motivation.
