Responsibilities:

In the role of Capability and Learning Coordinator you will provide administrative support, coordination of learning initiatives, while also offering a strong commitment to process improvement, reporting and problem solving. Some of your responsibilities would include:

  • End to end accountability to manage all capability and learning enquiries
  • Manage and coordinate the C&L Calendar, including invites for training sessions/learning bursts and mandatory learning etc
  • Using the PeopleFirst system (LMS – Cornerstone), to manage registrations and employee attendance
  • Prepare pre-course work and training materials
