For our department Supply Chain we are looking for a
Capacity and Production Planning Manager (m/w/d)
in Munich or Berlin

Role:

• Develop and maintain production capacity plans based on demand forecasts, sales orders and inventory levels in alignment with our production facility in Athens
• Monitor production schedules, identify bottlenecks and propose adjustments to optimize capacity utilization
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to address equipment maintenance and downtime
• Conduct rough-cut capacity planning (RCCP) to align production schedules with available resources
• Analyze production data, lead times, and work center capacities to make informed decisions
• Participate in production meetings and provide input on resource allocation and scheduling
• Prepare reports on procution performance, capacity utilization and resource availability
• Work closely with sales, commercial and production planning within our production facility to balance supply and demand
• Continuously improve processes related to capacity planning and production scheduling
• Coordinating with procurement and material suppliers to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components required for production

Profile:

• Proven experience in cpacity planning, production scheduling or related roles
• Bachelor´s degree in Operations Managemet, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using planning software and tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of production processes and supply chain management
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in any Supply Chain planning tools
• Professional fluency in English
