JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor degree in Engineering or Finance
Ideally minimum of 3 years experience in Industry (Oil & Gas is a plus)
Proficient in Excel
Cost Estimating or cost engineer/controller experience is a plus

ROLE PURPOSE

As a Cost Estimator, you are accountable to deliver in due time, the most accurate cost estimate for a defined scope.
You will ensure to give the best cost view for a given system, which will allow the most accurate and efficient financial tracking during the project execution phase.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect and analyze cost and associated technical data on previous projects for both gaining knowledge and having benchmarking reference
• Maintain up-to-date databases
• Acquire good knowledge on products and project execution
• Master and apply estimating techniques as well as governance
• Identify or support (simple) tools development for improving quality of estimates, benchmarking and reporting
• Deliver estimates in timely manner with best accuracy (depending conditions and inputs provided)
• Provide quality analysis and reporting to Commercial and Management team
  •Ensure transparency and traceability of costs and associated assumptions • Liaise, understand and challenge project team and various disciplines (engineering, supply chain, construction…)
