We are looking for a versatile and expert Technical Manager to join our Global Engineering team, leading Capital Project Management (Capex) initiatives across Diageo’s production sites for Scotch Maturation, CamLe (Cameronbridge and Leven), and Abercrombie. This role is essential to delivering our Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for asset investments, overseeing multi-year, multi-million-pound projects across 12 sites.

  • Leadership and Collaborator Engagement: Line-manage and inspire a multidisciplinary engineering team, including three lead engineers and a wider project team of 26 members.
  • Compliance: Ensure alignment to health, safety, and environmental standards, Diageo’s Code of Conduct, and all legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Confirmed leadership experience, with the ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to creating a positive, inclusive working environment.

What We Offer

  • A dynamic environment with hybrid working options.
  • Career development opportunities within a global organisation committed to innovation, sustainability, and growth.
