YOU BRING US THESE SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Administration (BBA). Master’s and/or CFA preferred
  • 1-3 years of relevant Corporate Actions experience (or closely related)
  • Knowledge/experience with SQL
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Enthusiastic team-player with a clear understanding of the wider issues impacting capital markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Thorough investigation and processing all ongoing and upcoming corporate action events.
  • Take part of major ongoing Corporate Actions projects and initiatives.
  • Daily coordination with other departments, such as Brokerage, Client Risk and more on various queries, adjustments, interdepartmental tasks, and incident escalation.
  • Daily liaising with prime brokers on various issues, including time sensitive information on delayed payouts or voluntary event input.
  • Coordinating with other teams including technical and IT side for the improvement of tools, procedures, and reporting information related to corporate actions, clarifying business needs and requirements.
  • Performing associated tasks such as derivative adjustments and reconciliation checks.
