IK is looking for its new Capital Markets Off-Cycle Analyst to support them during a full-time internship of 4-6 months or more from Summer 2025. The role will be full-time office-based.
Responsibilities:
As a Capital Markets intern, you will work closely with the investment professionals in IK’s deal teams and will be involved in the assessment, structuring and execution of LBO financing for investment opportunities in Europe as well as in financing matters for existing Portfolio Companies.

Assist with financial analysis, modelling, due diligence, structuring and documentation as well as portfolio monitoring for LBO financing
- Investigate market trends in debt capital markets (private debt, leveraged loans, high-yield, etc.)
- Assist with presentations and maintaining databases
