WHAT IT’S ABOUT
In this position, you have the opportunity to play an important role in Partners Group’s Capital Markets Team responsible for all debt financing-related aspects of Partners Group’s Private Equity, Private Infrastructure, and Private Real Estate investments globally, across their life cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Structure and negotiate debt financings for new buyouts/investments, add-on acquisitions and refinancings of portfolio companies / assets across Partners Group’s Private Equity and Private Infrastructure businesses
- Serve as an important markets and capital structure advisor to investment and management teams
- Maintain and expand relationships with banks, institutional investors, legal counsel, and other market participants
- Proactively generate value enhancing financing ideas for existing investments
- Structure and negotiate financing related hedging
- Originate investment opportunities from your network
