Job Description
JOB TITLE: Capital Optimisation and Securitisation Associate
Responsibilities:
- Completing securitisation transactions to meet capital optimisation requirements and ensure accounting, regulatory implications are captured appropriately
- Finding opportunities to improve our balance sheet, making recommendations to senior management on matters such as enhancing returns, RWA reduction, exposure mitigation and stress test impact
- Owning and developing the Group Securitisation and Significant Risk Transfer policy to ensure appropriate oversight of all Group securitisations, engaging both internal and external partners, for example the PRA
- Understanding changes to relevant regulations to ensure the Group is prepared and makes well informed decisions to mitigate any risk
