JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be part of the J.P Morgan SE Finance team leading the capital forecasting and stress testing activities of the entity. Navigate the capital management activities of J.P Morgan SE by leveraging your expertise in the European prudential framework and having the opportunity to work in partnership with teams across functions, lines of business and geographical locations in order to ensure financial stability and resilience in ever-evolving landscape.
As a Capital Planning and ICAAP Associate within the Finance team of the J.P Morgan SE, you will be performing the entity’s capital forecasting and stress testing. Additionally you will be engaging with a diverse group of stakeholders for the performance and development of the capital management activities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS

  • Relevant experience in capital management within the Financial Services industry
  • Relevant experience in capital planning and stress testing under the ECB framework
  • Relevant experience in stress testing activities
  • Sound understanding of the capital adequacy framework (CRR, CRD, Basel Framework)
  • Analytical and detail oriented, ability to work in a fast-paced global environment
  • Solid English language skills, strong presentation skill
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS

  • Relevant experience in capital management, capital planning and stress testing activities within the Financial Services industry
  • Sound understanding of the European capital adequacy framework (CRR, CRD, Basel Framework)

Responsibilities:

  • Engage to the development, production and presentation of the J.P. Morgan SE ICAAP to key stakeholders, senior management and the Board
  • Perform, maintain and develop the capital planning quantification
  • Perform, maintain and develop the J.P. Morgan SE stress testing programme
  • Coordinate the ICAAP process across various functions and stakeholders such as Risk Management, Treasury, Finance and Business.
  • Assess the impact of the capital regulation, business initiatives and other large individual transactions
  • Develop and maintain adequate policies, procedures and quantitative methodologies of the capital planning and stress testing process
  • Perform Recovery Plan related activities. Recovery plan stress testing. Development and quantification of the recovery plan actions
