- Proven leadership experience or leadership capability
- Change management experience
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence
- Previous experience in Capital Project Management would be highly beneficial.

Responsibilities:
- Capital Processes- Continuously improve our capital delivery processes
- Capital Programme Management- Work with stakeholders to develop the capital program for current and future years, implementing standards and requirements including reporting
- Capital Project Management- Oversee the delivery of capital projects with support of your team including scope, budget and delivering stakeholders expectations
- Leadership and People Management- Collaborate with various stakeholders across Oceania, leading, inspiring and motivating others to lift performance and drive a continuous improvement culture
- Engineering and Fonterra Standards and Procedures- Ensure appropriate standards are followed including engineering, OH&S and Food Safety and Quality
