Reporting to the Oxfordshire Retrofit Lead, we are looking for a project manager to lead delivery on our capital grant funded programmes to retrofit energy-inefficient homes and develop a pipeline of further schemes to engage wider audiences in order to deliver on carbon reduction targets. Oxfordshire County Council has applied into the Warm Homes: Local Grant - currently a three-year capital grants programme targeted to low income, poor energy-efficiency owner occupied and privately rented housing tenures. There is scope for the successful candidate to scale delivery of the programme, and input into the strategic direction to ensure the team continues to deliver innovative and flagship projects. Ideally, this will be a full-time role (37 hours per week), based in Oxford with home-working optional, and flexibility to travel across the county where required.
