Job description
We are looking for an Assistant to support our Cost Control team in ensuring accurate financial reporting, cost tracking, and data management.
The successful candidate will assist in managing financial records, processing invoices, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

Job requirements

• Degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Problem solving and customer oriented attitude
• Proficiency with Excel
• A Certificate of good conduct will be required in case of positive selection

• Manage accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments, track customer payments and update client accounts.
• Ensure communication and relationship with customers regarding the invoicing of services provided. Review, analyze and explain invoices to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Working with operational departments to evaluate costs and draw up competitive fare quotations
• Ensure customer communication
• Ensure administrative management of cost control related activities, including necessary documentation and reporting
