REQUIRED SKILLS.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in capture management, business development, or a related role, with a focus on small business environments.
- Proven track record of successfully capturing new business opportunities and managing proposal processes.
- Strong understanding of the government contracting process and relevant regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with Federal Agencies

Responsibilities:
- Lead the capture strategy development for new business opportunities, including identifying target markets, customers, and competitors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations that align with client needs and company capabilities.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform capture strategies and identify emerging trends.
- Manage the capture pipeline, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of progress and outcomes.
- Develop and maintain capture plans, action items, and timelines to ensure successful bid submissions.
- Participate in proposal reviews and provide feedback to enhance proposal quality and competitiveness.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
