As an Audi Car Care Consultant you will be responsible for selling products, ranging from Tints, Surface Coatings, Warranties and other such items. You will be working alongside the Sales Manager and their associate Sales teams. You will work together to reach monthly sales targets defined by the business.
We are seeking a very self-motivated individual who wants to actively contribute to the greater success of the team. This person is driven to reach monthly sales targets, reliable, likes working in a team environment and takes initiative. You will be given all the support in relation to the products you sell and sales training.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, promote and develop relationships with customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction
- Conduct professional presentations to prospective customers either face to face or follow up by phone/email
- Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
- Respond to and follow up all sales enquiries using appropriate methods
- Maintain effective customer records

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:
- A desire to meet and exceed performance targets
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Computer literacy with strong experience using Outlook, Word and Excel
- Professional personal presentation
- Current VIC driver’s licence
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Able to work full-time including Saturdays (weekday RDO)
