SKILLS:

Organization, payroll experience, problem solving, people management, basic computer and spreadsheet management, customer service, teamwork, communication with managers, engaging others, people skills, ability to learn in a fast-paced, leadership, and adaptability to manage through change.
Experience And Education: Must be able to work as a team member in a fast-paced environment with computers and basic communication software on computers. Must be a minimum of 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States with current driver’s license and good driver record.
Must be able to read and comprehend employee handbooks, warranty processes, and other automotive materials. Ability to learn quickly and take direction from dealership leaders.
Experience in basic customer service skills preferred.
Previous experience in managing people in an office setting preferred.
Office experience or schooling preferred

This position will be Full-time hours Monday - Friday. Murdock Auto Team offers great growth opportunities. Pay will start at $50,000 and be based on experience, we also will offer a wide range of benefits.
