Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to online vehicle inquiries using phone and email.
  • Assist walk-in customers through the entire buying process.
  • Identify customer needs and build rapport using our sales process.
  • Manage internet leads and provide product information with pricing.
  • Handle sales calls and schedule customer appointments.
  • Confirm and follow up on appointments.
  • Conduct test drives and vehicle walkarounds.
  • Support customers from initial contact to final sale.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Proficient in computer and phone use.
  • Experience with customer relations management databases.
  • Prior automotive sales, retail, customer service, call center, or business development experience is a plus.
  • Professional business attire and appearance.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Self-motivated and a team player.
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test).
