Description:
Salary: Up to £18,000 basic + commission (OTE approx. £38,000-£50,000)
Location: Horsell Village (between Woking and Chobham)
Working Hours: Five days a week, including regular weekend working

- Proven track record in sales, with over three years of experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with clients.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Strong drive and determination to achieve success, willing to go the extra mile to meet and exceed targets.
- Highly organised with keen attention to detail.
- Passion for cars is highly desirable.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to tackle challenges.
- Impeccable personal presentation.
- Customer-facing sales experience required; experience in the motor trade is ideal.
- Full Driving Licence essential.
Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will focus on vehicle sales and offer additional products such as finance packages, aftercare services, and service plans. You will be a vital part of our sales process, working closely with customers to ensure a seamless and satisfying purchasing experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with customers in-person, over the phone, and via email to facilitate vehicle sales.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, history, and documentation to potential buyers.
- Photograph and advertise vehicles with creativity and attention to detail.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies, including crafting compelling advert content.
- Manage the entire sales journey, from initial contact to closing the sale and delivering the vehicle.
- Process customer payments and ensure a smooth handover of the vehicle.
- Upsell additional products, clearly explaining warranties, service plans, finance packages, and more.
- Maintain a professional presentation of vehicles and yourself at all times.
