Person Specification: Essentials
· Experience in face-to-face sales.
· Expertise in selling insurance products.
· Proven one-to-one retail sales experience.
· Strong customer service skills.
· Full driving licence.
Knowledge & Skills
· Understanding of FCA Compliance.
· Experience with retail finance and insurance products.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organisational and time management abilities.
· Computer literate.

The Role
· Provide exceptional service to every customer, going above and beyond to meet their needs.
· Build lasting relationships with customers, both in person and over the phone.
· Offer tailored packages, including finance, insurance, and protection products.
· Keep customers informed throughout the process, from the initial order to vehicle delivery.
· Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring the customer’s experience is always top-notch.
· Collaborate with your team to achieve monthly sales goals ahead of deadlines.
What We Offer
· A full-time position with a fixed schedule (5 days out of 7, including weekends).
· Competitive salary with on-target earnings of £40,000 - £60,000 (uncapped commission).
