JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking two motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executives to join our team. Ideally one part time and the other full time. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the purchasing process, ensuring they find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. This role requires a blend of sales management expertise and a customer-centric approach.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with sales management principles and techniques is an advantage
    We are looking to hire two people for this position - a full time and part time so please specify which option you are applying for.
    Shift patterns will be discussed in the interview but weekend work will be required from both roles
    Minimum wage will be paid plus excellent incentives and sales commission.

  • Utilise effective upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an organised database of customer interactions and follow-ups using relevant software tools.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Stay informed about current inventory, market trends, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers.
  • Assist in managing promotional events and activities aimed at increasing dealership visibility and attracting new clients.
