JOB DESCRIPTION

Wheaton GMC Buick is expanding our sales team due to rapid market growth for our premium vehicles. We have an Immediate opening for a sales oriented people person. With our top of the industry commission compensation plan you will have the ability to earn an uncapped income. You need to be good at asking questions, listening and responding to the clients’ needs by providing informative and customer specific product presentations. You must be good at following up with customers by phone, text and email. You must demonstrate strong ethics and an unwavering commitment to customer service and long term follow-up. You must also have the ability to develop and execute a marketing strategy to capture new commercial customers for local and national business clients. This job requires both inside and outsides sales and prospecting skills. You must be able to think on your feet and be able to think before you speak; saying the right thing at the right time can mean the difference between success and failure. While building a relationship and selling the virtues of General Motors products you must also be focused on closing the sale.

JOB DESCRIPTION·Sales Representatives must spend time with customers to determine their needs and discusses vehicle options · Sales Representatives need to commit to becoming a sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of all aspects of our products and dealership.
· Sales Representatives are to test drive vehicles with clients to demonstrate industry leading features and show the benefits · Complete quotes and explain financing options · Follow up with prospective customers and return email / voice mail · Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate new leads · Prospect outside the dealership to develop new personal relationships that can turn into leads and customers · Prospect outside the dealership for commercial accounts.
