QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in New and Used Car Sales at a Dealership (required).
• OMVIC license (required).
• Proficient in using social media for business purposes, including Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales independently & effectively.

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the sales process.
• Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our vehicle inventory and the automotive market.
• Leverage social media platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, Instagram, and TikTok to attract new clients and generate leads.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
