• Solid understanding of automotive IT systems and networks.

• Effective interpersonal and communication skills for teamwork and customer interactions.
• Possession of a valid UK driving licence and the legal right to work in the UK.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Car Systems Technician at Mercedes-Benz of Croydon, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our customers vehicles’ servicing, electrical and software systems are in top operating condition. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and optimising vehicle systems to enhance vehicle performance and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diagnose and repair electrical and software issues within Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
• Complete service and repairs to Mercedes-Benz standards.
• Perform system updates and calibrations using the latest diagnostic tools.
• Ensure all diagnostic and repair activities are accurately documented and reported.
• Collaborate with other technicians to tackle technical challenges and share knowledge.
• Maintain a safe and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
