THE ROLE

We are looking for a service driven individual to join our five star Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to either begin or continue your career in one of the Leading Hotels of the World. Working with a professional and welcoming Team you will be part of creating Merrion Moments for our guests and colleagues with your main duties including:

• Meeting, greeting and engaging with guests.
• Delivering, retrieving and storing guest belongings to and from their rooms into their car or luggage storage.
• Keeping front of house and back of house areas neat and tidy.
• Dealing with chauffeur and taxi drivers, tour guides and couriers and keeping the front of the hotel organised.
• Dealing with items left for collection.
• Parking & retrieving guests’ vehicles.
