QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Substantial knowledge of and experience in working on a range of projects in the carbon and sustainability field in the core services noted above
- Strong understanding of technical and commercial matters
- Strong consulting skills including project management and client relationship management at senior management level
- Experience in managing business relationships at senior management level.
- Desired: Experience of business development including the development of business cases, define scopes, plan, and delivery of projects
- Confident in data analytics and data interpretation
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- Chartered professional status, or equivalent

We are looking for a Technical Services Lead to head our Carbon service line and join our growing Sustainability Advisory Business. The successful candidate will work as a core member and leader of our Carbon Service Line, focused on helping clients use our expertise in valuable and impactful ways to lead in their sector. You will help us deliver world leading sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions for public and private sector clients focusing on the natural and built environment.

The rate at which we’re seeing large-scale, unforeseen events such as floods and wildfires, is becoming more frequent. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The role is responsible for leading the growth and development of the Carbon Service Line.
Core Carbon services include:
- GHG Accounting and Reporting
- Carbon Management in infrastructure and buildings (PAS2080)
- Embodied Carbon /Whole Life carbon reporting, and LCAs (OneClick LCA)
- Net Zero Strategies, and Decarbonisation Roadmaps
- Verification (ISO14064-3)
- Sustainability Supply Chain Strategies and implementation (Scope 3)
