West Fraser is looking for a candidate to fill a role on a contract basis. The position term will be 12 months.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Manager of Environmental Policy and Climate Change
- Gain an understanding of cutting-edge climate change standards and practices
- Develop skill sets in ESG reporting
- Support in internal communication of sustainability concepts
- Summarize trends in biodiversity stewardship and reporting
- Support the forwarding of scope 3 supplier interaction
- Support disclosure process development
- Forward future development of LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) and EPD (Environmental Product Declarations) strategy
- Provide support in working towards continuous improvement of sustainability performance within West Fraser
