Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

  • Participation in minor projects
  • Modifying business procedures
  • Participation in collaborative meetings and training for customers
  • Handling of disputes according to card organization and domestic rules
  • Telephone contact with banks/cardholders (German)
  • Ensure that we are compliant with card organization rules and domestic rules
  • Contact to internal and external customers and contact to international stakeholdersAd hoc task

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

  • Knowledge of Lean and process optimization
  • Being conversant with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
  • Good communication skills (both in speech and writing)
  • Experience and knowledge of international payment cards
  • Knowledge and understanding of both German and international card organization rules
  • Understanding of the process and optimal use of available toolsExperience within the financial sector or the card payment industry wil
