REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in credit card operations or working with acquirers such as Stripe, Checkout, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing, including authorization, capture, and settlement processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required to be able to effectively coordinate with overseas partners, stakeholders, and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize fiat operations, including credit card processing and other payment methods.
  • Collaborate with payment service providers, acquirers, and financial institutions to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processing.
  • Monitor and analyze transaction data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the user experience and increase transaction success rates.
  • Work closely with the compliance team to ensure all operations adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for payment related issues.
  • Prepare regular reports on payment performance and present findings to senior management.
