Description:
The Associate II, Card Services – Operations handles higher risk and more complex internal member-facing Associate inquiries regarding member credit and debit card issues and system exception reporting.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Minimum three years’ experience in card services operations or financial services industry
- Strong written and oral communication skills over a variety of channels that include email, processing forms, face to face, corporate chat systems for overall team synergy and production
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to resolve complex issues with minimal direction
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and prioritize accordingly
- Ability to foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated effective time management skills and the ability to work independently or in a collaborative team environment
- Intermediate knowledge of relevant federal regulations
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; particularly Word and Excel
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma
Location: Hillsboro, OR 97124 | (HYBRID)
Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR: $22.15 - $23.25 hourly + annual bonus
Responsibilities:
- Process, review, and manage multiple queues to support an individual caseload
- Research and respond to internal Associates and/or system issues and document results and findings
- Respond to inquiries from internal Associates regarding credit and debit card issues
- Train and support newer Associates on member issues/inquiries as required
- Proactively identify and recommend updates or improvements in Card Services processes and procedures
