$27.72 - $46.20 / hour, based on education & experience

As a Practice Supervisor, you’ll have the opportunity to combine your love of patient care with your ability to rally and motivate a team. You play a critical role in the positive patient experience as you support the daily operations throughout the clinic and provide discretion.
You’ll oversee our 3 clinics, working primarily in Greeley and Loveland. This position will also provide oversight to our Sterling location which may require quarterly day trips to work onsite as needed.
This opportunity is a full time, salary exempt position working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with some flexibility required.

POSITION SUMMARY

This position works to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the assigned department, including day-to-day administration of non-physician staff and operations. Uses specialized knowledge, judgment and skills necessary to provide excellent patient care.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Requires a level of literacy, communication and math skills as normally demonstrated at the level of an Associate’s Degree.
Requires a level of knowledge and ability normally demonstrated by at least two years experience in a physician’s office or medical environment. Requires excellent communication and organizational skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience in a leadership or coordinator capacity preferred.
Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
