Job Description
At Extendicare, we believe that working as a team and celebrating achievements creates an environment that allows us to reach our potential. As a valued member of our Care Aide Team, you will provide direct care to residents in accordance with policies, procedures and work routines.
This position is for our Extendicare St. Paul hone, located in St. Paul, Alberta. This is a casual position, but you will have the oppportunity to apply for part-time and full-time positions as they become available.
You will be assisting our residents with mobility, assisting with meals, bathing, toileting and personal hygiene and grooming. While assisting with care, you will promote independence and diginity in a respectful, private manner. You will encourage residents to participate in activities and programs and support emotional and social aspects to residents and their families.
