To support and work as a team member in the delivery of personal care to a standard which promotes the wellbeing of all service users staying in within our home
To assist and co-operate in the continued development of a care team to ensure the highest of standards.
To communicate with other team members in meeting the personal care needs of service users in a way that respects the dignity of the individual an promotes independence.
To promote and participate in ensuring all service users’ social activities needs are met on a daily basis.
To promote an ethos of service users reaching their full potential.
