Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a care coordinator you’d be organising home-based care and support services that enable Access clients to live as safely and as independently as possible.
There’s never a dull day in this position. You’ll constantly be collaborating and discussing creative solutions with your other team mates to get the rosters completed.
WHAT YOU’D BE DOING
- Rostering our Northland support workers
- Calling support workers to cover shifts
- Talking to our clients ensuring their needs are met
- Helping with other internal queries as they arise
