Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position will involve completing outbound quarterly calls to members for follow-up. The coordinator will be assigned a number of cases monthly and will be responsible for making three attempts per member to reach them (on Day 1, Day 2, and Day 3). If contact is not established, the coordinator will work with the primary care provider (PCP) to obtain updated contact information. Additional tasks may be assigned based on call volume.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare/managed care.
- Experience in a call center or healthcare environment (e.g., doctor’s office, call center).
- Comfortable with outbound and inbound calling.
- Must be able to multi-task: completing calls while taking notes.
- Ability to adapt to change.
- Bilingual (Spanish or Creole).
- Pediatric experience.
- Previous work-from-home experience.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
SOFTWARE SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Basic proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Word, and TEAMS.

- Conduct 50-75 calls per day.
- Submit daily reports via Outlook summarizing completed work.
- Ensure IT access and completely new hire orientation on the first day.
- Participate in 1:1 training with a preceptor.
