Join our team as a Care Coordinator in our Learning Disability and Autism team in our Bristol office working in a hybrid model, where you’ll coordinate our care work alongside dedicated colleagues to support our clients and healthcare workers. We’re looking for candidates who can expertly manage a heavy workload while maintaining a high standard of service. Your role will involve leveraging your knowledge, experience and adaptability, utilising excellent telephone skills, and employing a business-focused approach to drive team growth. Responsibilities:

  • have exceptional written and verbal communication skills to deliver memorable top class customer service for our clients
  • previous experience in administration, customer service or a healthcare setting
  • thrive under pressure by proactively managing tasks, prioritising effectively in order to deliver on meeting strict deadlines and KPIS
  • have good team working skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision whilst being able to prioritise and organise your workload.
  • a willingness to deal with high call volumes showcasing a positive and engaging manner with the ability to solve problems effectively.
