Job Title: Care Coordinator
Trust:Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust
Location: Kingslea House , CMHT North Mersey, Francis Road, Manchester, Greater Manchester, M20 4XP
Pay Rates: £20.15ph
Contract: Temporary, around 6-months
Working Hours: The post holder will be required to work core hours of 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday, though there will be a requirement to work shifts outside of these core hours including weekends and bank holidays as the service moves to 7 days working.
