Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Minimum Level 3 National Certificate in Health, Disability and Aged Support or Summerset recognised equivalent.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills for effective coordination and guidance of Caregiving staff.
- Handle complex situations, make sound decisions under pressure, and show empathy, kindness, and patience in challenging situations
- Be available to work on a rostered and rotating shift pattern (including mornings, afternoon and weekends)
