An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Care coordinator to join our amazing team at Adolphus care.
We are a supported living organisation and this is a great opportunity for Senior Support Workers or Team Leaders!
We would love to hear from caring and compassionate Senior Care Assistants/ Team leaders who are passionate, positive and who have a great sense of fun, and who can effectively lead a team of support workers. You will have good leadership skills, be able to plan and organise yourself and others very well, and have great knowledge and skills around providing the highest possible standards of care and support for residents. You want to make a difference to someone’s life and provide exceptional, individualised care and support to residents.

  • NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care
  • Minimum 1 year experience at Assistant Manager, Senior Support Worker or Team Leader level, in a residential/supported living service
  • Strong understanding of learning disabilities, autism, residential/supported living services, CQC and relevant legislation
  • Positive attitude, motivating managerial style and focus on delivering high quality care/support.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and supervise a team in providing high-quality supported living services to individuals.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while promoting a safe environment.
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs, utilizing your Level 3 in Health & Social Care expertise.
  • Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work atmosphere.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to enhance service delivery and outcomes.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: £13.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 37.5 per week
